Cancellation Policy For Online Bookings
- Class Registrations and Cancellations are done in person or online. Classes and workshops are available for pre-registration via the YogaLife website or MindBody Connect App.* Please log onto your account to cancel an enrollment or booking.
- If you cancel 2 hours or less before class begins, it's considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations will deduct from your class card. Early cancellations will be returned to your class card. If you book a class and do not attend, it will be considered a “No Show” and the class will be deducted from your class card.
- We can not guarantee that we will receive or process your cancellation if you mention it to someone in passing, via phone call or email. We request that class reservations and cancellations be done online through MindBody to ensure your cancellation is processed in time.
Cancellation Windows:
- Classes: 2 hours before
- Sat/Weds Seminars: 2 hours before
- Teacher Training: No online cancellations
- Weekend Intensives: 4 days before
- Yoga Therapy Appointments: 24 hours before
- Private Yoga Sessions: 24 Hours before
*At this time, weekend intensives and teacher trainings are not available for registration on the MindBody Connect app. Please register for workshops and special events on the website.
Shipping Policy
- All items will be shipped via USPS first class mail with tracking.
- It is recommended that you purchase insurance for purchases over $50
- Any issues with shipping should be taken up directly with the carrier
- All sales are final
Refund Policy
Teacher Training and Deposits
All payments and deposits are final sale and non-refundable. In special instances, if a refund is authorized - an account credit will be issued for future trainings at The YogaLife Institute. No cash, credit, or check refunds will be issued. Please refer to the refund policy on your enrollment agreement for your particular training program.
Workshops
To receive a credit for future workshops, your cancellation must be received at least 2 hours prior to the workshop start date/time. An account credit will be applied towards future workshops where applicable. No cash, credit, or check refunds will be issued.
Kids Programming
Kids programming packages expire at the end of each course. Complete payment is due at time of enrollment, in order to reserve your child’s spot in the course.
- Course cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to the start of the first scheduled class.
- Course enrollment is for multiple classes and each class will be deducted regardless of attendance.
- In special instances, if a refund is authorized -an account credit will be issued for future classes where applicable.
- No cash, credit, or check refunds will be issued.
Weekend Intensives & Retreats
Complete payment is due at time of enrollment, in order to reserve your spot in the training.
- You may receive a full refund credit if you cancel your weekend intensive registration 30 days or more before the event start date via email: [email protected]
- If cancellation request via email is less than 30 days and more than 4 days prior to the event, you may receive studio credit towards any studio purchase.
- No refunds or credits will be issued if cancelled 3 days or less before an event.
- Authorized refunds will be issued as account credit only and can be used towards future trainings at the YogaLife Institute.
- Workshop and event refunds are subject to a 20% administrative fee.
Purchase Policy
Class Cards, Memberships and Promotions
Class Cards and Memberships cannot be refunded or returned, exchanged or transferred between persons. Class Cards are activated on the date of purchase and are subject to expiration. We will reinstate expired classes with the purchase of any new class card package. Reinstated visits will be subject to the same expiration as the new package purchased and are eligible to be reinstated 1 time only. Promotions are final sale and are not refundable, extendable, or transferable between persons. Promotions expire at end of promotional period regardless of client attendance. (unused classes from promotional purchases are not eligible to be reinstated)
Please choose the pricing option most appropriate for your attendance needs. There are no refunds given for unused classes. Think of it similar to ordering dinner. If you eat only half of the food, it is not possible to return the rest for a discount.
Yoga Therapy and Private Yoga Sessions
Yoga Therapy and Private Yoga Sessions cannot be refunded or returned, exchanged or transferred between persons, unless authorized by YogaLife. Appointment cancellation must be received 24 hours prior to appointment start time via email:[email protected]. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to session start time will be billed in full.
Merchandise
Products purchased in the store can be exchanged within 15 days when accompanied by a receipt. We do not issue refunds. Products must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging. There are no returns or exchanges on opened personal products, including yoga mats.
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-returnable and can not be transferred between persons.
Privacy Policy
By using this site, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. You are encouraged to review the privacy policy whenever you visit the site to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used.
What information do we collect?
Currently, the YogaLife Institute gathers information (such as name, e-mail address and zip code) strictly for contact purposes when users opt to fill out an e-mail submission form to inquire about our company and about membership. In some cases we ask for other optional information including additional contact information and certain demographic information (such as phone number and gender).
How do we use your information?
We may use your information to communicate special offers, promotions and information about our company to you via email. If you do not wish to receive these emails you will have the option to opt out of future mailings (see the section below). We may also use your information to compile usage statistics and other data regarding the use of the Web site services.
We will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties, outside of the limited circumstances referenced in the paragraph immediately below. We may, however, share with partners aggregated statistical data that includes users' demographic information but does not identify them. We reserve the right to provide any and all such aggregated and non-individually identifiable data to third parties.
How do we use your email information?
At the YogaLife Institute we respect your concerns about privacy. We collect email information to provide a more personalized and relevant experience. If you give us your email address on the home page, when you inquire about membership or sign up, we will send you emails about exclusive offers, events, and news at YogaLife. If you have previously opted out of receiving emails from us, providing updated information by re-subscribing to our mailing list will act as an 'opt back-in'.
If you want to opt-out of receiving promotional emails, simply click on the unsubscribe link located on the bottom of all of our emails. Although we strive to update our email list as frequently as possible, you might receive another contact before we are able to remove you.
Please note that you will continue to receive Member Services related communications as it pertains to your member account. YogaLife may use any of your contact information held on file (including Email, Mailing, Phone & Fax) to communicate with you in relation to day to day administrative activities, such as freeze requests, online purchases and important service alerts.
The YogaLife Institute never sells or rents your name, e-mail address, or any other personally identifiable information to third party sites or lists.
We only share user information in the ways described below:
Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include creating and maintaining our Web site, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
The YogaLife Institute: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is necessary to comply with law; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of The YogaLife Institute, our users, or others.

The YogaLife Institute prices, terms and conditions are subject to change.
Payments & Bookings
Advance class bookings and pass purchases should be completed online using MindBody Online, accessible through the Classes and Workshop pages of this website. In order to guarantee class space, a complete advance booking must be made, including payment (all prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of YL). Reservations can also be facilitated by phone and walk-in registration is available, subject to class space. All classes, passes, and memberships are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
To register as a YogaLife Institute student you must be at least 18 years of age. Students under the age of 18 are required to provide written consent from a parent and/or legal guardian. Registration details provided must be correct and complete.
Attending Class
All students are required to complete a waiver/consent form in order to register as a YogaLife Institute student. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your first class to allow time for completion.
Students must arrive and check in with reception at least five minutes prior to the beginning of class and latecomers are generally not permitted.
Students who arrive late for a class for which they have registered will not be issued a refund for that class.
Prior to the start of class, students are required to inform the instructor of any issues or relevant physical issues.
Risk & Responsibility
The YogaLife Institute does not accept responsibility for students who do not follow the class instructions as provided by the teacher. Any medical or physical conditions, recent or persistent injuries, or relevant disclosures must be made by students to the teacher prior to the beginning of class. Prior to, during, or after class, it is the responsibility of students to inform the teacher if they are experiencing any pain or discomfort.
The use of The YogaLife Institute facilities denotes the acceptance of the risk associated with all forms of physical exercise, both during and after. The YogaLife Institute, including any staff, owners, managers, and directors, will not be held liable for: a) any injury or harm resulting in participation or use of facilities, and b) any damage to or loss of personal property.
Left Property
The YogaLife Institute does not accept any responsibility for personal property left at the facilities. Left items will be kept in a lost and found box for three weeks, at which point they will be donated to a charitable organization.
