In this dynamic and interactive setting, you will expand your definition of Yin & Restorative yoga, acquire new teaching and sequencing skills and gain powerful insights into the whys and how's of a fully integrated Yin and Restorative practice that can be adapted to a wide variety of ages and levels of experience.

- Study the origins, evolutions of and purposes for Yin & Restorative Yoga Practices
- Common mistakes and pitfalls for Yin practitioners
- Creating sustainable downregulating practices for all ages and levels
- Expand your definition of Yin & Restorative Yoga to a continuum of down-regulating practices
- Connect Yin & Restorative Yoga concepts to Yoga Philosophy
- Explore creating sustainable, intelligent and meaningful Yin & Restorative Yoga class experiences
- Embody valuable teaching and practice concepts specific to Yin & Restorative Yoga
- Learn how to use props to adapt Yin poses, move them towards the Restorative experience and make them accessible to a wider range of practitioners
Meet Your Teacher
Kristen is the owner of the YogaLife Institute and the Co-Director of all YogaLife's educational programs. She has been studying and teaching for fifteen years, accumulating 3000+ hours of professional training in a variety of styles. Her passion is for training yoga teachers and creating safe and effective student-led experiential learning environments. She is the author of Yoga Therapy for Active Living (Human Kinetics, 2017).
